TURN AROUND TIMES:
• SAMPLES: ship within three business days of order placed & payment received.
• BUSINESS CARDS: ship within 10 business days of final proof approval & payment received.
• WEDDING INVITATIONS: ship within 15 business days of final proof approval & payment received.
* Please note that these times are for when your order will ship and do not include shipping time (Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days depending on your location).
* These times are quoted from payment received and final proof approval. If you are paying via Online Check, payment is not considered received until it has cleared through PayPal. If paying by Money Order or Check through the mail, payment is considered received when it arrives in our studio, not when it is mailed :o)

COTTON PAPER:
• Our house stock is available in 300gsm and 600gsm 100% post manufacture recycled cotton in white and soft white. Additional options are available, please contact us with any questions.
• Our 300gsm cotton stock is 21pt. The 600gsm is 42pt thick, close to the thickness of a penny and rigid.
PAYMENTS:
• We accept PayPal (online check, debit and credit) and money orders and checks via USPS.
• Payment is due upon receipt of order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
• We will ship internationally at cost, please inquire with destination country and item interested in and we would be happy to send you a quote from California Zip Code 94566.
RUSH ORDERS:
• For rush jobs, please contact us for our current print schedule.
ARTWORK:
• An important part of the process for us in creating beautiful invitations, stationery and other printed materials is in the design. For this reason, we do not print provided artwork. Mahalo nui for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE:
Currently we are working on a varied schedule, and mostly late into the evening, as I take care of my Kupuna (Grandparents) full time. We are always available via email, thanks to the nifty iPhone :o)
